PRODUCTION

20 Tons/Day, Tubular-Open Width, Lycra, Full Lycra, %100 Cotton, %100 Polyster, %100 Viscose, Cotton-Polyster, Polyviscose, Grey Melange, Snow Melange and all blended fabric compositions can be dyed, bleached and washed in our 11 HT dyeing machines.

Our Dyeing Mill consists of high technology dyeing machines and dyestuff & chemical automation system. By using standardized processes, our experienced staff and engineers implement a systematic, repeatable and secure production.

With continuous improvement, decreasing consumption and preventing wastage are always prioritized. For this purpose, dyeing processes are consistently improved, the mill has heat recovery system and machines are kept in good condition by periodic maintenance. Thus, energy, water, dyestuff and chemical consumption are minimized.

All dyestuff and chemicals that are used in production are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified materials.
